Our most limited private experience. RIP reservations sell out quickly each season, with many groups returning year after year. Book early for the best choice of dates.

Turn your night at Frightmare Farms into your own private event with a reserved gathering space, VIP access to all four haunted attractions, and your own personal RIP Host.

Arrive as early as 6:00 PM to unload your food, drinks, and coolers and get settled before the screams begin.

Once the attractions open, your personal RIP Host will escort your group to each attraction, including bypassing portions of the VIP lines at select attractions.

Between scares, return to your private area. Grab something to eat, gather around the campfire, celebrate, and relax before heading back out for another round.

Your private space remains reserved exclusively for your group until the attractions close for the night.

RIP Fireside

A private VIP experience for smaller groups

Your own private corner of Frightmare. RIP Fireside gives smaller groups a comfortable covered gathering area and private campfire to enjoy throughout the evening.

Minimum of 6 guests

Comfortably accommodates approximately 12–15 guests

The private VIP experience for larger groups

Planning something bigger? The RIP Pavilion gives your group a spacious, covered, and semi-enclosed private pavilion to call your own for the entire evening.

Bring dinner, snacks, drinks, and coolers, gather around your private campfire, and make the Pavilion your group's private gathering place between attractions. Ideal for company outings, employee appreciation events, large birthdays, family gatherings and group celebrations.
